  • Teachers will sign up their own classrooms for a specific shopping time during the week.
  • Set up an eWallet Account* for your student for cash-free purchases.
  • Payments accepted are eWallets, cash, credit cards, and apple pay / google wallet.
  • There will be a $5 and under table. Please keep in mind that popular book titles range from $8-$16+!
  • Sales tax will be added to all purchases.
  • The book fair includes diverse subject matter and non-book items. If your child purchases something that you feel is inappropriate for your family, bring the book and your receipt back to the book fair for a refund.
  • Please discuss with your student what you expect them to purchase. ex: books only, one non-book, etc.
  • Family members are also invited to shop. You can shop any morning (before school) or afternoon (after school) with your student! We ask that Kinder and 1st graders be accompanied by an adult during these times.
  • Purchase a book to donate to your student’s teacher, supporting staff, or school library. Bins with staff preselected books will be set up for purchase and direct donation.
  • Shop online from Feb 1st - Feb 14th and all purchases will benefit Huntington Seacliff Elementary! 25% of online purchase during this time directly benefits our school! All orders ship directly to your home, and shipping is free for book orders over $25.

Raffles:

  • Students "Caught Reading" during Book Fair week will be rewarded a raffle ticket. Winners will be drawn daily and will receive a coupon for one reading book (valued $10 or less).
  • Students that "shop in the morning," before school, will be entered into a raffle to win a Donut Party for their classroom. One winning classroom per grade level will be drawn at the end of Book Fair week.

*eWallet Accounts - Say goodbye to cash and hello to eWallet—your child’s digital payment account. Before the Fair, set up eWallet for worry-free, cash-free purchases. You can continually add money to your e-wallet thru Feb 9th. Any leftover funds can be used to shop online at scholastic.com OR fund an eWallet Account for next year’s Book Fair. It does not have to be the same child you’re funding. Leftover funds do not get credited back to your credit card.
