All gala expenditures need to be approved by the PTA Association Members, so we are announcing a special meeting to be held February 7th to approve the increased Hilton deposit and other upcoming payments. The meeting should only last 10 minutes and will be immediately followed by our regular PTA Executive Board Meeting. No other topics will be discussed at this brief meeting. The next regular PTA Association Meeting is February 25th.
