Fall Festival is just around the corner, and we can hardly contain our excitement! Join us for carnival games, inflatables, a photo booth, a DJ, and, of course, the famous CUPCAKE WALK! Kids are encouraged to dress up in costumes for even more festive fun. This is a FREE* event for the whole family, proudly sponsored by the PTA!
(*excluding food truck and snack purchases).
Get ready for fun with our many thrilling inflatables! We will have attractions like the Mega Obstacle Course, Quarterback Toss, Wacky Connect 4, Soccer Fever, a Junior Slide and more! Come see and experience them all!
We’re also going to have some yummy food trucks on site, ready to serve dinner and desert for purchase! Plus, you can buy some quick snacks at the PTA table.
Don’t forget about your goodie bag! Each Sea Star will receive a special goodie bag as they leave, rather than during the carnival games. This way, everyone can enjoy the fun without worrying about a specific toy or treat.

VOLUNTEERS:
SET-UP: Please check-in at the office and meet by the MPR/Field area.
GAMES & INFLATABLES: Please be at the field and checked in by 2:15 PM (unless you noted otherwise)
CLEAN UP: Please be prepared to help fold tables and take down. Also any trash or lost items on the field will need to be picked up. It should be fairly easy and quick with all hands on deck.

Adults Volunteers: We especially need adults to run inflatable slides and obstacle courses. Shifts are arranged so you can still enjoy time with your student.
High School Volunteers: Sign up below for Bubbles the Sea Star, the cupcake walk, game-style inflatables, and clean-up shifts.
**Middle School Volunteers: Use the **NEW Middle School Sign-Up Link for carnival games and clean-up timeslots.

DONATIONS AND DROP-OFFS: Use sign up form above.
TABLES: Please mark with name/number and drop off in the morning at gate 4 (by lunch tables). Pick up at 5:15 PM, after the event, or the following morning in the MPR.
CUPCAKES WALK: drop off donations at Front Office (morning drop off preferred so we can gage if we need more).
We happily accept store-bought 🧁 cupcakes (no cakes, please) and 🍪 cookies, as well as king-sized 🍭candy items (think movie theater boxes, large share sizes, and more!). The kids always have a blast selecting their prizes, and we truly go through a lot of goodies. Your generous donations make this experience special for everyone!
