Get ready for a spooktacular afternoon of fall fun! Join us for carnival games, exciting inflatables, DJ/music, face painting, airbrush tattoos, a photo booth, bubble fun, crafts, human foosball and, of course, our famous CUPCAKE WALK!

Kids are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes!

This is a FREE event for all Seacliff families, proudly sponsored by the Huntington Seacliff PTA.

FOOD & TREATS

Come hungry! Food and snacks will be available for purchase. We'll have TK Burger*, Kona Ice* and Coastal Coffee* on site, plus snacks available at the PTA's Spooky Snack Bar.

*If minimum sales requirements are met, a portion of participating food vendor purchases will be donated back to our PTA!

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

We need lots of helping hands to make Fall Festival a success! Whether you can spare an hour or help throughout the day, we appreciate your support. Volunteer shifts are arranged so you can still enjoy the festival with your family.

ADULT & HIGH SCHOOL VOLUNTEER SIGN UP

Adult Volunteers: Help with set-up, inflatables, the Cupcake Walk, as Bubbles the Sea Star, snack bar and clean-up. We especially need adults to supervise inflatables.

High School Volunteers: Help as Bubbles the Sea Star, assist with the Cupcake Walk and game-style inflatables, and join the clean-up crew.

MIDDLE SCHOOL SIGN UP

Middle School Volunteers: Help run carnival games in pairs, assist younger students at the craft table and help with clean-up. Middle schoolers have their own sign-up form.

Cupcake Walk Donations

Our Cupcake Walk is always a favorite, and we need plenty of treats for our Sea Stars to choose from! We're collecting cupcakes, cookies, brownies and king-size candy.

All donations must be store-bought or from a bakery, with no nuts, please. No homemade treats or cakes. Drop off donations at the front office on Thursday, October 15, by 11 AM.

Folding Tables

Have a folding table we can borrow? Please label it with your name and phone number, drop it off at the field during morning drop-off and pick it up after the festival. Sign up using the volunteer link above.

IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION

Volunteer Check-In: Set-up volunteers should check in at the front office before heading to the field.

Event volunteers should arrive before their scheduled shifts due to parking and check in at the volunteer table. Student volunteering (under 18) at the festival must have parent permission volunteer forms and when shift is over you must check-out and be picked up.

No Drop-Offs: Parents or guardians must accompany their children throughout the event.

Costumes: All Sea Stars are encouraged to dress up for extra festive fun! School-appropriate costumes only. Please leave costume weapons and realistic weapon props at home.
